We Bought a House!!

We bought a house! It's a little house, on a little lot, but with a bit (okay, a BIG bit) of TLC, we'll turn it into a home! This blog will contain mostly pictures of our progress for all family and friends who can't be here to witness the transformation firsthand. We can't promise it'll be updated daily (renovating a house is much more exhausting than I ever imagined!), but we'll do our best to stay on top of it!

Some background on the house:

It was a forclosure so we got it for a great price! (Score!) It's about 1,100 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a nice two-car detached garage in the back, with a little gravel alleyway to access it. The street it's on is a dead-end, so that's great for traffic! The former owner was an aspiring painter, and the entire thing is muraled on the inside...

Also - see that largish tree on the right? It's a PLUM tree! There were two whole plums on it when it became ours...
